Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, draw, produce and distribute drawings and calculations based on engineer requirement and authorities requirement
- Drawings amendment and drafting in AutoCAD, Sketchup
- Modelling using specified design tools
- Assist e-Submission to authorities and amendment of the drawings
- Must be able to travel to project / construction site to gather data and produce the design and drawing
- Monitors compliance with codes and standards on the engineering drawings.
- Reviews engineering data to ensure compliance with the design plans, design basis, scope of work etc.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
- Explain drawing to teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.
- Any assigned duties.
Key Decisions & Dimensions
- All activities in full compliance to all legal / authority requirements.
- All projects (development and execution) are to be designed, executed and performed to a high quality at competitive costs, safely, within schedule, within budget and meet Sembcorp and industry quality requirement.
- All value engineering and strategic plan developed shall ensure Capex remain competitive, sustainable and meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s business and operational needs.
- All developed and accumulated knowledge / value must be systematically retained within company
Degree/ Diploma/ Higher NiTEC in engineering discipline or equivalent- At least 5 years of experience in energy business related engineering management and project management (engineering and construction).
- Experience in renewable energy projects is preferred.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skill, positive attitude, teamwork, analytical, communication skill, leadership skill.
- Strong self-motivation and work ethic, flexible and thrives under pressure.
