Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years\' relevant experience
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree ni Architecture / BIM or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading technical team and setting up and improving drafting standards for the company
• Serve as lead project technical officer for ongoing and new projects
• Manage documentation, tendering, authority submission
• Manage construction phase drawing/BIM updates
• Manage project completion and closure - TOP, CSC, authority submission, site inspections, as- built
• Manage people and organisational functions
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with authority independently
