Job Description

Electrical Drafting:

Prepare detailed electrical layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and cable routing plans. Develop and update electrical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings. Incorporate design changes, markups, and feedback from engineers or site teams into updated drawings. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project specifications. Maintain and organize CAD files, drawing logs, and project documents. Performas other duties as assigned.

Coordination:

Liaise with electrical engineers, site supervisors, and other disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure proper integration of electrical systems. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for technical documentation, equipment details, and delivery schedules. Track project progress and assist in preparing reports, schedules, and status updates. Support in managing RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and document control. Attend coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items. * Performs other duties as assigned.
