Job Description

As a BIM Modeller, he/she has to be in-charge of preparation of drawings using relevant software platforms; i.e. AUTOCAD / Revit, etc.,develop BIM modelling, BIM execution plan & implementation, coordination of design & technical related matters with the Architect, Consultants, Clients, etc. to ensure delivery on time with acceptable quality of works.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, etc.at all levels. Remain constantly updated with the draftingtechnology to maintain technical competency. Plan all drawing request to meet the submissiondeadline. To report to Project Engineer, Project Manager,etc. the progress of works.Manage the implementation of BIMmethodologies, processes and standardsPrepare modelling and shop drawingsubmissionAttend BIM meeting and coordinate with MainContractor and ConsultantDevelop and produce constructible 3Ddrawing and M&E construction drawings,shop drawings to as built drawings andproduce drawing sets.Coordinate submission schedules monitormodelling/update drawings and inform keypersonnel of any changes.Work closely with and take instructions fromthe design engineers in preparing CAD/BIMdrawings, identify clash and design issuesand rise up to the project manager.Ad hoc assignments.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent Knowledgeable in Plumbing, Sanitary and Gasservices with at least 2 years of workingexperience in construction industry. Knowledgeable in the most recent version ofAutoCAD & Revit software platforms Able to read and understand engineering andarchitectural/structural/MEP drawings anddocuments Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM Modelling Hardworking, effective, quick, able to performindependently under minimal supervision Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm // Sat8:30am-12:30pm*Applicants please send in your resume in MSWord format to:
