Proficiency in drawing software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, D5 render or similar).
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, production team & supplier.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Designer, Account Manager & Project Manager.
Responsible for producing detailed 2D/3D drawings for client, mall submission & production team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure drawings are accurate and submitted on time according to timeline.
Maintain drawing quality in line with company and industry standards, ensuring consistency across all projects.
Provide quick revisions within tight timelines, incorporating feedback from Designers, Account managers, and Production team.
Ensure designs comply with landlord/ mall guideline, and feasible for fabrication & installation.
Maintain a consistent brand identity by ensuring all visual elements & material selections are aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain good project documentations.
Additional Responsibilities
Attend site meetings/ installation when necessary.
Provide suggestions on buildable & cost-efficient materials.
Perform task assigned by Senior Designer/ Account Manager
Communicate with client to seek design clarification if necessary.
Prepare files for the production team (acrylic, cnc, printing, logo & metal works).
* Liaise with project PIC, ensure that the fabrication outcome meets expectations.
