Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Design plans using computer-aided design, draughting (CAD) software.Draft and prepare layout drawings.Collaborate with Designers, Contractors, Operations and Project Managers on Projects.Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancement.Draw, coordinates and monitor shop drawings submission schedulePreparation of drawings and compile documents for submissionDraw structural drawing as per required standardEnsure all drawings are checked and approvedDocumentation as per project requirementPerform other duties as assigned by the superiorJob Requirements: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture or equivalentStrong Knowledge / well versed in 2D 3D, Revit, & PhotoshopAt least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.Proficient in English and good verbal communication skills is desiredPreferably with experience in consultancy firm of construction industryConversant in Authorities' regulations and submission processes
