Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple drafting projects with minimal supervision
- Produce construction drawings and technical documentations within given scope and timeline
- Ensure drawings are accurate and in compliance to project’s specifications and standards
- Diploma or Degree in design a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with architectural/interior design firms
- Has keen knowledge of materials, carpentry and joinery
- Proficient at understanding design intentions and custom details
- Proficient in AutoCAD. 3D software (including 3D Max and SketchUp) is a plus
- Reliable, responsible and attentive to details
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player and able to meet deadlines
- Experience in architectural and hospitality project is a plus
