Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support, prepare and coordinate all shop drawings for submission with relevant parties and resolve any issues arising to meet the product design requirement
- Attend site meetings when necessary
- Assist coordinator with the extraction of information from key plan for the preparation of door schedule and drawings
- Compilation of As-Built drawings in a Library upon project completion
- Any other duties assigned
- Recognized relevant Degree/Diploma (Building related)
- Proficient in Autocad, BIM Softwares/tools, Revit, MS Office
- Basic knowledge of web designing (online sales) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Experience in local fire and building regulations and project co-ordination
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
- Ability to prioritize work tasks
- Able to work independently; and a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, accountable and has good interpersonal skills
