Responsibility & Scope of Works:
- Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization
- Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications
- Work closely with Interior Designers, Marketing team, in order to deliver to customers, the best interior design for their spaces
- Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray (or any other 3D rendering software)
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization
- Experience in commercial and residential projects will be an advantage
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Required language: English and Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year or above working experience in the related field is preferred
- Able to Start Work Immediately or short notice
