Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with designers to gather site project requirements and designs
- Calculate dimension and requirements in materials
- Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) Autocad software
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality
- Prepare detailed drawings, space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and colour scheme specifications proposals
- Preparation of Interior Proposals in form of mood board, etc.
- To work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline.
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or equivalents
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Shop Drawing Detail (construction) experience is a must
- Proficient in using AUTODESK softwares in drawing and Microsoft Office
