Job Description
$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: North
Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings and detailed drawings and space planning using AutoCAD / Revit
- Work according to project schedule
- Check all drawings before submission
- Maintain, update and edit according to feedback from consultant/client
- Ensure dimensions of materials to be used are to scale and guide contractors on fabrication
- Liaise with designers and other stakeholder and capture approved design changes
- Control documents and drawings for architectural works
- Work closely with Management to understand new and existing projects
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction or related fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in 3D rendering software and photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
