Understand and handle drafting assignments with minimal supervision.
Prepare Architectural and Steel Structural Shop drawings
Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
BIM Modelling skills is required
Prepare Architectural and Structural Shop drawings status reports.
Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
Maintain proper record for drawings and information
Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer
Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to productions, vendors, engineers, etc
Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed
Requirement:
Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering or a Professional certificate
Minimum 2 year of drafting experience on Construction Industry, preferably in precast industry
Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent, meticulous and technologically forward-looking
* Good communication skills and a team player
