Job Description
:
We are a metal works and engineering company involved in fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural and industrial components.
The Engineering Technician (Metal Works) will:
Assist in
fabrication, cutting, and welding
of metal components. Interpretengineering drawings
and prepare materials accordingly. Carry outfit-up, alignment, and finishing
of fabricated parts. Performquality checks
and maintain production records. Support the engineer insite measurement, layout, and equipment maintenance
. Observe allWorkplace Safety and Health (WSH)
and ISO procedures.Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.Experience:
3-5 years in metal fabrication / workshop environment preferred.Skills:
Knowledge of metalworking tools and machines.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic CAD is an advantage.
