Autocad / BIM Modeller (Electrical Contractor)
Produce BIM Drawings/Draftings documents for one or more services.
Model Management and administration
Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
BIM modelling using Revit.
Checking of M&E Shop-drawing.
Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
Updating Shop-drawing List.
Supporting Project Team on Shop-drawing Submission.
Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
Any other related tasks
Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval
Able to communicate with site supervisors and foreign workers (Bangladesh, India and China PRC).
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess relevant BIM modelling experience with relevant software
At least 3 years working experience in the drafting of engineering works
A minimum of 3 year's experience in construction industry is required.
Good interpersonal, communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
