Job Description
Location: Jurong ( Nearest MRT: Boon Lay )
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm ( Monday – Friday), 8.30am – 12.30pm ( Saturday )
Responsibilities:
- Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction.
- Provide construction drawings, shop-drawings and as-built drawings to the project team using autocad application according to client's specifications
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
- Keep the Office informed about project status and issues that may impact
- Adhoc duties.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Dynamic with positive attitude
- Detailed and meticulous
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage.
