Position: Draftsman ( BIM ) Location: Woodland Area Working Days: 5/ 6 Days Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm Full Time, SGD 2500 - 4500 Employing company specialises in the design & installation of ACMV/ H Position: Draftsman ( BIM ) Location: Woodland Area Working Days: 5/ 6 Days Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm Full Time, SGD 2500 - 4500 Employing company specialises in the design & installation of ACMV/ HVAC systems for the Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Flavour & Fragrance industries. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strong in concept design, architectural details, working drawings and construction practices as per building/ site condition - Drafting M&E / Technical drawing as per project/client specification - Prepare detailed ACMV system specifications with duct sizing & cooling load calculations and airflow data etc - Liaising with clients and assisting Project Engineers to meet drawing submission deadlines - Working closely with other teams members, monitoring work progress and reviewing design accuracy - Ensure final designs comply with regulations, quality standards, and client specifications - Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager Requirement - Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - Min. 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the ACMV/HVAC Field or experience in the building & construction industry - Well-versed in CP83 Local CAD Standard, AutoCAD 2D, duct and piping layout and schematic drawings - Knowledge of 3D BIM Modelling, Revit MEP, MicroStation or Navisworks will be a plus How to Apply: PM/Message us at 8875 2288 or email [HIDDEN TEXT] By submitting any application or resume to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us collecting, using, retaining and disclosing your personal information to a prospective employer for their consideration.
