- Position Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Assist in planning manpower budgets and make tactical interventions to create operational efficiencies.
- Assist in the formulation of policies and streamlining of procedures and processes.
- Effectively engage employees, enhancing the employee experience in the company.
- Be the liaison personnel for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing timely counselling if required.
- Planning of employment engagement activities.
- Provide support for performance management, time management & annual leave management.
- Assist with monthly HR reports for the Group.
- Work closely with business operation managers to identify manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies (e.g. career fairs, recruitment drive, advertising).
- Conduct orientation for new employees to foster positive attitudes towards the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and goals.
- Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-past environment.
