Plan, Prepare, schedules works and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.
Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project.
Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes.
Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing.
Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices, be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings
Provide support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
Any other related task & ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
Organized, self-driven & team player with good interpersonal skill.
Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
