Responsibilities

Prepare drawings and inspection reports for submission to the relevant authorities
Assist project manager and project engineer to check on M&E design drawings
Work closely and coordinate with the team to ensure that drawings are completed on time
Plan and work out the bill of quantity for the project assigned
Work closely with the team to provide and propose solutions to suit client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and meet allocated budget
Provide administrative supports

Requirements

Diploma/Higher Nitec or relevant technical qualification in M&E field
AutoCAD with 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Air-con, electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems
BIM knowledge
Committed, independent and a team player
Knowledge in preparing bill of quantity an advantage
