Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Singapore office team to manage collection, transportation, and delivery of goods for company and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations team to ensure daily materials are delivered on time for production.
• Prepare and handle necessary delivery documents (delivery orders, POs, invoices, and receipts).
• Manage daily driving schedules, ensuring clear communication across departments.
• Assist with packing, handling, and transporting mascots, costumes, and material items remain undamaged.
• Support miscellaneous tasks such as sorting, arranging, minor assembly/dismantling, and packing.
• Maintain and upkeep company vehicles in good condition.
• Provide courteous assistance to clients during deliveries or collection points.
• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting when required.

Requirements

• Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• Safe and responsible driving skills with strong road awareness.
• Disciplined, reliable, and well-organized.
• Ability to prioritize and optimize routes for multiple deliveries.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Physically fit and comfortable with occasional heavy lifting.
• Able to create a good impression of the company during client interactions.
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License

Work Details

• Kallang Way
• Working Hours: 5.5 work week (Mon- Fri: 9:30am 6:30pm/ Sat: 9.30am- 1.30pm)
• Overtime may be required and will be compensated accordingly
