Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities1. Drives vehicles to designated destinations for product deliveries within set deadlines.2. Determines appropriate routes and maintain delivery schedule.3. Notifies supervisors regarding accidents and injuries, and necessary repairs and maintenance.4. Perform vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in top condition5. Conducts regular maintenance on assigned vehicles.6. Prepares and submits driving logs, vehicle performance forms, and other required paperwork.7. Assists in order and delivery preparation (ex. tagging, checking, etc.)8. Assists in selling activities or events.

• Warehousing duties
• Proper storage of merchandise
• Tracking inventory levels
• Inventory replenishment
• Proper labelling of stock room. (6S compliance)
• Adhere to First-In First-Out Rule
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the stock room
• Daily maintenance/ cleaning, etc.
• Checking for things that can possibly damage merchandise stored
• Stock preparation, releasing, and receiving
• Preparation of orders
• Packing and tagging of stocks (if needed)
• Checking of stocks prepared before release
• Receiving and checking of newly arrived stocks
• Inventory reconciliation
• Preparation of inventory reports in coordination with Branch Accounting Assistant
• Ensuring accurate inventory count
• Checking of actual count against system generated data

Job Qualifications1. High school graduate or graduate of a vocational course2. Professional Driver's License3. With professional driving experience4. Excellent driving skills5. Vehicle mechanical repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills6. Knowledge in road safety, traffic routes, traffic rules, and regulationsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php10,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• Junior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• Driving: 3 years (Preferred)
