• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates who are fluent in Dutch.
• Assess candidate qualifications and experience to determine suitability for client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the recruitment database.
• Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the consumer services industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
