• Conducting initial screenings and interviews with prospective candidates
• Assessing candidates\' skills, experiences, and qualifications
• Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of the consumer services industry is a plus
