We are looking for Duty Manager to join our team!

As a Duty Manager , we rely on you to:

  • Provide guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Front Office Manager
  • Ensure all guests\' feedbacks and requests are attended to promptly.
  • Ensure that check-in and check-out procedures are handled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the hotel operation by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of conduct
  • Maintain department organization, manning and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation based on forecasted occupancy.
