About You
You\'re a dynamic duty-free retail sales executive passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You\'re skilled in building and maintaining relationships with high-profile clientele, including frequent flyers, tourists, and business travellers, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of alcohol brands, you excel at maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding revenue targets. Beyond your sales acumen, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
You prefer to work outside the confines of a cubicle and enjoy socializing and meeting new people. You get a lot of satisfaction from helping others and enjoy human connections and a sense of community. About the Role
As a Duty-Free Retail Sales Executive working in Changi Airport and dealing with alcohol brands, your day-to-day work will be diverse and fast-paced and you will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the alcohol brands you are selling, including their history, flavour profiles, and unique selling points. This will help you assist customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
You will report to the General Manager of Southeast Asia (SEA) but will also have access to the APAC Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the wider APAC team.

Your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service. This involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering guidance and recommendations on different alcohol products. You may need to answer questions about the various brands, provide tasting samples, and assist with purchasing decisions. You will actively promote and upsell alcohol products to customers and continue to build our client\'s brands.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Maintain great relationships with store managers, etc
Represent the Agency and our client to provide best-in-class sales, and increase brand awareness to achieve KPIs to gain market share.
Actively seek out sales opportunities
Actively seek out opportunities to educate consumers on alcohol brands and categories
Manage stock levels
Float across multiple stores in order to take advantage of key clientele flight arrivals and departures
Merchandise products effectively
Provide reporting on sell-through rates and feedback
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in GTR/Duty-Free and or Liquor industry would be highly advantageous
Ability to work under pressure with a \'can-do\' attitude
Flexible in working hours and ability to work from airport locations for the majority of your week and balancing this time with some time in our client\'s Head office and or working from home
Administrative and organisational management
Detail-oriented and strong in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word Excel etc.
Agile in your way of working and ability to effectively manage your time and multiple tasks
Extremely outgoing, exuding confidence
Mandarin speaking would be highly advantageous
