Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing a Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms. Handle order fulfilment Liaise with Customer Service Team in handling all customer queries and complaints Liaise with Finance Team regarding purchase order, invoices and payment Manage daily reports using EXCEL. Product Listings management on all channels, include the content, product Main photos and product copywritings. Make sure the product listing quality is consistent across all channels Maintain healthy stock level and update product description among all online channels Offline channels and retail stores stock planning Inventory management for in house and across all sales channels Prepare packing list daily to ensure smooth delivery Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Good Communication skills Must be proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint Familiar and willing to learn E-commerce marketplace operation 1-2 years working experience with ecommerce company. Training will be provided . Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in business/marketing or related At least 1 year of experience working in the e-commerce (Lazada/Qoo10/Shopee) Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel) Able to cope with fast pace working environment Strong communication skills Well-detailed and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions Excellent organizational and time management Strong team player with can-do positive attitude 5.5 Days work Week Office located at Tampines T SPACE
