Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive drives the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, apply plans in a fast-paced & digitally-centric environment where he/she oversees the end-to-end commercialisation and operations of the website. The E-Commerce Executive is energetic, collaborative and results-oriented ; technology-savvy with strong business acumen and is able to effectively manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible of the service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop service operations.
• Foster service innovation.
• Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
• Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness & ROI.
• Assess potential partnership prospects.
• Define and revise order fulfillment policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement roadmap for online store's functionality.
• Work with agency partners and internal teams to develop and execute optimized online brand content and awareness
• Drive e-commerce sales performance & traffic to achieve targets
• Generate business questions requiring data-mining and weekly analysis.
• Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations in tight collaboration with the marketing team
• Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes.
• Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
• Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes.
• Manage sales, promotions, marketing, digital and social media campaigns and programme over digital platforms.
• Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
• Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools.

Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in a similar position
• Good E-Commerce and WooCommerce technical knowledge
• Proactivity & Self-oriented
• Good project management skills
• Knowledge in spirits is a plus
• Fluent in English

Work Location: UE Square, near Fort Canning MRT
