Position Overview:

As a Sales Specialist for glass industry, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers, traders, and agents. Your primary focus will be on providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients within the specified regions.

Key Responsibilities: * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • New Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in the glass manufacturing sector across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Trader and Agent Management: Collaborate with international traders and agents to promote and distribute our refractory materials within the target regions. Provide necessary training and support to enhance their product knowledge and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate closely with our technical team to provide in-depth product information, offer technical solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns related to refractory materials.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and compelling product presentations to showcase the unique benefits and features of our refractory materials, addressing the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize this information to identify business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads, network with potential clients, traders, and agents, and promote our refractory solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the refractory materials industry or related sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers, traders, and agents at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in managing international traders and agents, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring successful partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the specified regions for client visits, trader, and agent meetings, as well as industry events.
