Spending 6 months in each rotation, you will get an opportunity to gain experiences across the following disciplines:ControllershipSupport Global Corporate Segment team in the monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting processes, including monitoring adherence to the close calendar, ensuring quality and accuracy of global deliverablesConsolidation of reports and responses for Corporate SegmentIdentify risks and opportunities to company operations and financial results with high focus on the quality of the balance sheetCheck that intercompany transactions are eliminated at the consolidated levelSupport and participate in Global COE projectsTo review the existing process and identify those that need to be streamlined and standardised globallyManage key stakeholder expectations and influence change to migrate to a rigorous new process managed through tools, key operating metrics, operating rhythms and shared ownershipFP&AParticipate in finance partnering activities across JLL\xe2\x80\x99s Markets and Capital Markets segments.Support timely and accurate reporting of the segments\xe2\x80\x99 profit & loss, pipeline, deal volumes and market share analysisAnalyse and explain the drivers of business performance including revenues, costs, profits and headcountsDrive growth and productivity by translating the firm\xe2\x80\x99s objectives into budgets and forecastsCommunicate and organise reviews with country business heads, local finance teams and functional partnersIdentify opportunities to drive efficiency and productivity including the use of technology for management reportingSupport monthly reporting/forecasting, quarterly operating reviews, and annual budget process, covering:Communication of objectives, guidelines, ownership, and timelinesOrganising reviews between regional leadership and cluster management and finance teams.Consolidate, review and analyse submitted financials from clusters, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and timely.Provide business support to central functions and leaders at regional level, with financial insightsHelp drive utilisation of Tableau dashboard for management reportingAd hoc projects/tasks, as assignedWork Dynamics Client FinanceInteraction with different stakeholders including third-party service providers/vendors and key client personnelManage Vendor PaymentsManage Client BillingsSupport and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable processAccountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cash flowEnsure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis.Responsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e. Bank Reconciliation, GRNVEnsure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactionsWe help you build your foundation in your first year, so that you can craft your own career path into a specialisation of your expertise and passion from the second year and beyond.Required Skills and Experience:A fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of working experience, and with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management or similar relevant disciplineFriends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trendsAn excellent communicator with a team player mind-setLocation: SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
