About JLL Early Careers Technician Apprenticeship Program \xe2\x80\x93 Work Dynamics

What this job involves

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

You will be on a 18-month learning journey that exposes talents like yourself to different aspects of our Work Dynamics business. Shadowing a Facilities Professional within the team, you will get an opportunity to gain first hand experiences of the following:

• Facilities Management
• Building Operations & Routine Inspection
• Maintenance
• Security, Safety and Work Activities

Your learning journey will be a curated blend of on-the-job guidance, classroom sessions, self-paced learning, group coaching, networking and skill building development projects. You will also have unfettered access to webinars and market leading internal stakeholder network.

This year will allow you to build your foundation, so that you can craft your own career path into a specialisation of your expertise and passion from beyond the program.

You have recently completed Higher Nitec/Nitec courses in Facility Management or Built Environment with ITE or come with less than 1 years of working experience in a related field. Friends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in the built environment.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
