If you have a background in ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education), and are enthusiastic about learning Better, playing Better, and being Better; then we want you here with us immediately. As an Early Childhood Retail Executive, you have been specially identified as a team member we want to nurture into something Better. You will be on the fast track for professional development, with plenty of opportunities for ascension to supervisory, training, and even managerial roles. Because we are a small and unstructured unit, you will also have a unique space to discover and explore your passions and find a way to integrate them at the workplace, whether it be in Training, Mentoring, Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Social Media, Sales or Business Analytics. A Better Early Childhood Retail Executive Will:

- Begin your journey with us in-stores; with standard shop duties such as Customer Service, Cashiering, Housekeeping, and other general storekeeping tasks.
- Be highly motivated and committed to the achievement of daily store sales and KPI goals.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of in-store brands in order to provide top-notch advice to shoppers.
- Apply your understanding of ECCE to identify the developmental benefits of our toys, and offer more meaningful advice to our customers
- Positively represent the Better brand by upholding strong professionalism and integrity.

- Higher Nitec in Early Childhood Education, with at least 1-2 years\' working experience.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with at least 6-12 months\' working experience, or;
- Degree or Masters in Early Childhood Education, no working experience required
