Human Resource Lead || 5000 to 6500

Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Timing: 8am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Bukit Batok/Dhoby Ghaut MRT
Salary: $5k - $6.5

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Human Resources or related field
• Years of relevant experience in Human Resources

:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource management including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit, organisational capability development, employee development, talent management and performance management.
• Responsible for update and integrity of HR data to meet regulatory requirements for workplace health and safety, industrial certifications and manpower qualifications.
• Identify and define the HR requirements (organisational -capabilities, people competencies, way of working) critical for the realisation for the business objectives and define actions to address them.
• Prepare the manpower plan and associated budgets for staff in support of the annual budget planning exercise.
• Perform HR scenario planning based upon external developments such as labour markets, demographics.
• Implement a yearly appraisal system and undertake regular salary reviews.
• Establish a talent management program in line with the strategic objectives.
• Establish the TLP annually and supervise its implementation.
• Maintain the dormitory operation in particular the daily running and logistics aspect pertaining to the living conditions.
• Carry out Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and follow through with focus group or relevant actions to address issues
