As an E-Commerce Account Manager at Jiji.sg, you will take ownership of our online store accounts and oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role combines strategic planning, platform management, and operational coordination to ensure our marketplace presence is optimized for growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns and marketing activities to drive sales. Upload and maintain accurate product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and visual content. Monitor sales performance, campaign results, providing actionable insights. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or related fields. Knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic online platform management. Bonus: Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for marketing visuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
