Responsibilities: * Manages all aspects of a company's online store business to ensure smooth running of the E-Store and multi-brand marketplace. * Leads the management of product mix, site merc Responsibilities: Manages all aspects of a company's online store business to ensure smooth running of the E-Store and multi-brand marketplace. Leads the management of product mix, site merchandising, web content, promotions and marketing campaigns, operation process integration, site optimisation. Drives sales conversion / sales growth of the E-Store and marketplace products including margin and P&L goals. Analyses the market products and develops growth strategies and develops a plan that is in line with a company's overall mission statement to sell products online. Develop business plans and GTM strategies for new local and regional marketplaces, including conducting due diligence on competitive analysis, market positioning and business case development. Analyses complex reports of product performance, investigate issues when appropriate and works closely with cross-functional internal teams to drive growth. Tracks online sales progress by analysing sales statistics, conducting online traffic studies, analysing click-thru data and oversee website enhancement/troubleshooting of website issues. Analyses and implements a cost effective supply chain model in regards to shipping/delivery. Produces and presents reports to make further sales and marketing decisions. Builds relationships and effectively influence key stakeholders to shape strategic decisions/ marketing projects and ultimately improve customer engagement and sales conversion. Develops affiliate marketing programs, joint ventures, and cultivates key relationships. Implements online security and coordinating all online transaction and marketing efforts. Provides creative directions for online promotions and campaigns. Maintains and creates a standard operating procedure for the business. Keeps up-to-date with the latest e-Commerce related development maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry understands forthcoming customer initiatives and monitors what competitors are doing. Ensures full compliance to the legal, ethical, cultural and social issues of eCommerce.
