Roles & Responsibilities
Our team is currently expanding and would like to hire a suitable BDM to help expand our branding and digital marketing business function to local SMEs. Local businesses are able to tap on government grants and initiatives of up to 90% of the project cost for this solution.Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Conducting competitors analysis and develop business strategies and plans.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented
- Candidates with brand strategy and digital marketing background will be a bonus
