We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

E-commerce Assistant

to join our team. You will support daily operations of our online stores (such as Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including product listings, order processing, advertising campaigns, and customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, inventory updates, and price adjustments across e-commerce platforms Handle order fulfillment and after-sales service, and coordinate with logistics partners Assist in executing online marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO, etc.) Collect and analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery Support other tasks assigned by supervisors

? Requirements

Diploma or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data analysis ability Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (for communication with suppliers in China) Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising
