individual to join our team full-time as an

E-commerce Coordinator

. If you're passionate about sustainability, fashion, and making things run like clockwork, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the key player keeping our ecommerce and livestream operations smooth and efficient day-to-day.

Manage daily ecommerce & livestream operations Handle product listings -- take photos, write descriptions, and upload to platforms Maintain accurate stock levels and track inventory Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules Track and analyze ecommerce and livestream performance Liaise with livestream hosts and identify potential new talents Support marketing campaigns tied to ecommerce and live events Provide basic customer support and assist with chat during livestreams

We'd Love It If You Have

Experience in ecommerce, admin, retail, logistics, or customer service Understanding of ecommerce or livestream workflows (training will be provided) Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Initiative to solve problems and improve systems A good balance of independence and teamwork Passion for sustainable fashion and digital innovation

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, or TikTok Shop Livestream, video, or social media experience Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
