Responsibilities
  • Answer online customer inquiries / emails
  • Attend to after sales service requests
  • Coordinate with logistic team on order fulfillments
Job Requirements:
  • Possess great problem solving skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in English to communicate with customers
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be a bonus since this role needs to communication with internal Mandarin-speaking counterpart
