E-commerce



Daily operations includes preparing of orders and packing of orders Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc) Managing customer enquiries on platform chats Develop, create and manage product listing on E-Commerce websites/platforms Team Player - works with various departments (product management, graphics & sales) to provided updated content on respective platforms. Handle on screen and backend livestreams

Customer Service



Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Attend to walk-ins in Showroom - product enquiries and servicing Take the extra mile to engage customers

Working Hours



5 Day Work (Saturday included, Rotation basis) * Working hours: 9am - 5pm
