Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global E-commerce trends to identify growth opportunities for the E-Commerce business . Assist to develop processes and procedures flows to supervise business development strategization in all markets and inspect their implementation; . Assist in the preparation of the annual BD and commercial plans of various countries in Southeast Asia, as well as the inspection and assessment of the annual and monthly work plans and target management responsibilities of the BD teams; . Responsible for the follow-up, supervision, analysis and judgment of BD and management projects in Southeast Asian countries; . Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimize existing practices . Work with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the E- Commerce business, including the BD teams based in various regions, Regional function teams and Local Teams . Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams . Develop outlook projections and overall planning across SEA, markets and functions, and track strategic initiatives for E-Commerce business . Carry out competitor intelligence studies, including topline benchmarking and analyzing competitor initiatives in areas such as logistics, warehouse, product, brands, focus sellers, etc. . Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision makingBasic Requirements: . Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, management, e-commerce, finance or related background is preferred; . 2 - 3 years working experience in BD operations or analytics roles from platforms side (e.g. Shopee, Lazada), and e-commerce brand side; . Solid business and financial analysis, project management and communication skills (e.g. management consulting, business development, strategy & planning); . Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point; . Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills; . Strong communication skills - verbal and written; . Acute analytical skills; . Responsible, independent and a good team player; .
