- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc. to increase company and brand awareness. *Shopify & Tiktok would be a bonus
- Handle product listing/shipping/customer service at ecommerce platform
- Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness, enhance social media presence.
- Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out to more new potential customers.
- Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide monthly reports to Management on progress of current campaigns.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies, vendors and influencers.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management.
- Understand key USPs across brands and products to identify target audience and create customized retargeting approach to increase reach and product consideration.
- At least 1 year experience
- Nitec//Diploma in Ecommerce
- Jewellery design/marketing will be an added advantage.
