Manage the ecommerce site and marketplace platforms under the company with the ecommerce team and reports to the Head of Ecommerce Drive overall online sales via listing of products, design of communication messages & planning for online activities for selected items for online sales.
Integrate social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with e-shop/e-commerce to generate awareness & exposure for online listed products & activation.
Generate analytics to report online sales & performance on a weekly basis based on predetermined metrics.
Work closely with merchandising team to select products & finalize activation for ecommerce sites and marketplace platforms.
Oversee e-commerce operational process from product listing and content uploading.
Work closely with the Inventory & Operations team for order fulfilment
Provide customer service replies to customers via live-chat and email, alongside remotely based Customer Service reps
Work closely with the Creative and Branding teams to ensure all ecommerce and marketplace platform visuals/copy are in line with brand guidelines
Provide support for other ecommerce operations, and projects when required
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-3 years of working experience in ecommerce field
Experience in a fashion/beauty company is a plus
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Passionate about consumer trends and eCommerce
Meticulous with a high standard of service
Able to multi-task and initiative driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision
