Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the ecommerce site and marketplace platforms under the company with the ecommerce team and reports to the Head of Ecommerce
• Drive overall online sales via listing of products, design of communication messages & planning for online activities for selected items for online sales.
• Integrate social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with e-shop/e-commerce to generate awareness & exposure for online listed products & activation.
• Generate analytics to report online sales & performance on a weekly basis based on predetermined metrics.
• Work closely with merchandising team to select products & finalize activation for ecommerce sites and marketplace platforms.
• Oversee e-commerce operational process from product listing and content uploading.
• Work closely with the Inventory & Operations team for order fulfilment
• Provide customer service replies to customers via live-chat and email, alongside remotely based Customer Service reps
• Work closely with the Creative and Branding teams to ensure all ecommerce and marketplace platform visuals/copy are in line with brand guidelines
• Provide support for other ecommerce operations, and projects when required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in ecommerce field
• Experience in a fashion/beauty company is a plus
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Passionate about consumer trends and eCommerce
• Meticulous with a high standard of service
• Able to multi-task and initiative driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision
