Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce sites on various marketplaces and online platforms
Manage product listings and optimize existing product listings according to platform requirements
Evaluate and optimise e-commerce experience for customers, including but not limited to order tracking, product review, product recommendations etc
Ensure all e-commerce orders are fulfilled and customer queries, feedback and complaints are managed in a timely manner
Ensure stock availability and plan for restocking of low stocked merchandise
Assist the marketing team in planning and implementating online marketing campaigns
Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth
