Local distributor of beauty & health products. :

Overseeing all online marketing activity.
Manage company websites & online marketplaces (eg. Lazada & Shopee)
Responsible for driving online marketplace sales and ensure profitability.
Manage online campaigns to drive sales conversion.
Ensure that all products information's such as pictures, pricing, promotion and stocks level are up to date.
Design collaterals such as product banners inline with marketing campaigns.
Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement :

Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to liaise and correspond with Mandarin speaking visitors / customers).
At least 2 - 4 year of ecommerce/ marketplace experience preferably from FMCG background.
Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 marketplaces.
Creative & resourceful with excellent written and communication skills, copywriting, editing and proofing.
Possess an interest in beauty & health products.
Pro-active, able to work independently
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
