Job Description

Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Days:5 days (Flexi off day, depends on work)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) / Sat (830am-4pm):

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website,
• Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, and prices.
• Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfilment
• Manage online payment gateways and troubleshoot payment issues, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and industry standards
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties
