Job Description
Responsibilties
- Prepare and upload product listing on various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, etc
- Ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
- Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
- Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media
- Logistics-related matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly initiative with positive energy
