• 
  Our client is a well-known Japanese consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for a Junior E-commerce Executive urgently!
  
  【What will you be working on】
  
  • Responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities
  • To process all online stores’ orders
  • Actively troubleshoots problems (conversion, traffic, awareness) and develops strategies to resolve roadblocks
  • Maintains conversation with customers – sales inquiries, aftersales service via all channels (live chat, email, social platforms)
  • Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online e-commerce stores
  • Maintain and update competition analysis and any other admin duties
  • Assists in campaign management, including the planning of products promotion product launches, listing, and campaign follow-up. Liaise with relevant to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets
  • Liaise with design vendors on artwork requirements and monitor deadlines completion
  • Tracks and monitors performance with creative approaches to optimizing ROI and user acquisition costs
  • Actively involved with social listening to drive the eCommerce strategy
  • Assisting in Account management towards existing platforms – listing, managing sell-out via campaigns, content optimization, third party

• Requirement

  • Min. Diploma holder in Marketing or similar field.
  • Inexperienced candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome!
  • Experienced candidates from consumer electronics or similar industries are welcome too!
  • Resourceful, meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
  • Strong knowledge of web tools (Google Analytics, Facebook manager, Seller Center Marketing tools, content management system)
  • Able to interpret numbers and trends for business reviews.

• Working Hour

  8:30 ~ 17:30
