Job Description

The E-Commerce Associate role is responsible for the planning and execution of all e-commerce activities and initiatives for the brand. He/she will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the online store.Tasks:

• Coordinate order processing, pick & pack, delivery and returns of customer orders.

• Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities to drive web traffic / conversions.

• Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.

• Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.

• Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.

• Execute activities driven by data analytics.

• Identify strategic business partnerships such as BNPL vendors and banks.

• Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Implement and maintain CRM by managing loyalty programs for retail and online customers.

• Maintain customer service emails and social media message inbox (Facebook and Instagram)

• Attend customers' enquiries, complaints, returns/exchange and feedback.

• Uploading of new products, product descriptions, measurements and image selection for weekly launches.

• Cropping and resizing of product and campaign images.

• Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.

• Maintain accurate online backend inventory control by conducting regular stock-check, keeping track of sell-through and ensuring inventory level is healthy.

• Assist Operations Manager in stock replenishment and inventory management for retail stores.

• Assist in photoshoots (once a month).

• Assist in preparing press kits for PR and influencer seeding.

Requirements:

• At least one year working experience in a related field, preferably Retail industry.

• Possess strong communication skills in (English and Mandarin) and written skills in English.

• Experience in listing products on online marketplaces.

• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.

• Well-detailed and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions.

• Familiarity with Illustrator knowledge is a plus.

• Able to work with Canva / Google Drive / Dropbox / Notion.

• Great time management and organization skills.

• Proactive team player with good attitude.

• Possess a strong interest in fashion.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per monthBenefits:
