Responsible for supervising web merchandising team to accomplish order fulfillment and meeting customers expectations
Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Redmart, Amazon, NTUC and other potential platforms.
Online portal maintenance including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution
Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. To liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website/e-commerce platforms as needed
Ensure functionality of all e-platforms on a daily basis by doing website checks
Report and analyse eCommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all platforms
Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
Assess potential partnership prospects
Define and revise order fulfillment policies, operations and processes
Drive e-commerce sales performance
Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms
Devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns
Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
Work with Finance team on providing supporting information for finance reconciliation
Work with Sales team to ensure achievement of overall sales target and liaise with Marketing team to plan digital marketing campaign where relevant for execution
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or relevant work experience with proven sales record
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel such as using Excel\'s formula functions for basic math calculations and linking data between spreadsheets etc.
Minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in handling E-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee, Redmart, NTUC, Amazon & Qoo10 etc.
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (in order to reply English and Mandarin speaking customers in a friendly and helpful demeanor quickly and also to manage English and Mandarin speaking consumer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries on each E-Commerce platform via Live Chat and Q & A function.)
Possess positive working attitude and able to multi-task
Experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing
Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis
Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability
Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, and others
Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required.
Able to work across multiple brands.
Good interpersonal communication skills
